Alternately, we have 6 Guest sites, that are available for booking from 2-60 days at the regular daily/weekly rates, these have good availability in May, June, September, and October- but some limited days during summer.

Wildwood by the Severn is a Member-owned family community. 

We do have 8 sites that are for long-term seasonal rental.  These sites are located throughout the park, inside our regular member neighborhoods and a mix of Waterfront, Water-view, and Interior sites and can accommodate travel trailer or park model units that are a minimum of 24ft and fit within the lot and coverage guidelines. Town water, sewer, and 30 amp electrical service included.
